i have AX GTI and on this car there is 1600 with silinders head of 106 rally mk1 + 2 webers 40m"m
i got vernier pulleys from a friend , and it's seems to be that almost no one in israel no how to install it...
so someone can help me from where can i begin??
or on what Degree i suld put it??
this is the camw spec
Duration: 284 Degrees inlet and exhaust
Valve lift: 10.04mm
Full Lift: 106 Deg ATDC (Inlet)
Valve Clearance: 0.27mm Inlet / 0.32mm Exhaust
Valve timing: 36-68 Inlet / 68 - 36 Exhaust

first things first: Cool to have Israeli's also driving AX AND coming to this forum!!
Sounds like you have the same setup as my former GT (a grey one).
I had a 1587cc TU5J2 engine with also a 284 Kent cam and a vernier pulley. What we did to install it was mark the camwheel, then fix the cam from on top (with the head cover off) and remove & fit the new camwheel.
After this, at least it runs. The best is to have it rolling-road tuned afterwards.
I managed to extract just over 130 bhp with a worked head, a set of throttlebodies, a programmable ECU and some other stuff, but it wasn't really finished when the engine blew (due to a broken cambelt). If you get it right you should be able to push it over 140.
