They sell 'em on ebay. Cost about 80 pounds.
I believe there's also a company that sells them on their website but I'm not sure on that one. Every once in a while someone offers 2nd hand white taillight on the forum or on marktplaats.nl as well.

Don't know where you're from, but note that the reverse light is on the left and the fog light is on the right.
