Firstly, apologies for not speaking Dutch - yet!!!!
On my 1989 ax 11E every time I put the car in reverse, the large ball and socket seperate & I have to crawl under the car to push them back into each other.
There is a linkage that connects to a plate on the bellhousing that is broken, the plate has snapped in half but I cannot seem to remove it to replace it.
I tried holding the large ball and socket together with tie-wraps and that worked for a couple of days but then failed again (I assume the tie-wraps stretched when I put it in reverse.
You mean the rubber ball in the tubular thing? Then you have to find a way to keep that linkage in place. maybe you can connect it somewhere else
Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk beside me either. Just pretty much leave me the f#ck alone.
haha that's also an option. Its a rubber ball but the metal rod goes in a fair bit. So I don't think you've got enough rubber in the middle of the rubber ball.
